62The discerning of the spirit is very important to avoid fatal mistakes.
Our spirit which is born of God and which is filled with the Holy Spirit bears witness that we are the children of God.
Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. It means that we have to be in contact with our God via the Holy Spirit and we have to be led by the Holy Spirit.
But this is only one part. The Holy Spirit is our teacher and an instructor but is always working with His Word (Word of God). The Holy Spirit never contradicts the Word of God. Remember Jesus is the Word. They never conflict one with another.
This is why we have to trust, know and understand the Word of God. We have to spend time in it; since this is way we gain faith and receive all blessings what belongs to us.
Discerning the spirits is an important matter. There are many confusing evil spirits, even some that look religious. Religion is based on opinions and was invented by the adversary, not by God.
Lord Jesus was often in conflict with religion.
Where there is more religion, there is more opinion and confusion. But God is not God of confusion.
1. Corinthians. 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
Confusion can occur when we are out of the scope of the Bible.

Yes, religion is not of faith; it is of the flesh because we are born and raised that good behavior obtains good reward and rebellious behavior or lack of behavior obtains little or no reward. It's humanistic.
To "hear" the Spirit of God or the spirit(s) of the adversary is to have our spirit-man activated! Alive!! We must choose life or death, based upon obedience to the Spirit (or spirits).
For me, it's just as you said, Vladimir; the Holy Spirit will not contradict the written Word of God. Discerning of spirits is something I believe God gives every believer, for it is absolutely necessary. The Spirit of Truth reveals the spirit of lies and our obedience to one or the other is a matter of spiritual life and death.
So many feel safe staying in the flesh realm, for to step over into the spirit realm seems frightening ~ except, that once we do this, we find out that God truly created us with all three (spirit, soul and body). The majority of humanity stays with the soul and body, neglecting the spirit! It is not only safe to live in the Spirit and experience the spirit-realm, but glorious when we know our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

People do not understand that Jesus Christ is not another religion. He is fact, the truth. Just like, say pizza, it is a food. That is a fact. 100 percent truth. It is not a religion, an uncertainty, to eat it or partake of it. It is fact. We like it. We like its cheesy contents. Jesus is Life. He is our Salvation. Salvation in Him is not a religion. It is a fact, a 100 percent certainty, just like there is oxygen in the air. It is real. Religion is not reality. Jesus is. It is the only way to God. That is just as much a fact as oxygen existing is a fact. If we trust and believe, we receive Him plain and simple.. Religion is just another word for uncertainties. Uncertainties contradict the Son of the Living God.
