POSITIVE MAN Part II

By Vladimir Uhri

The confession of sin is for covenant people not for sinners.  Sinners confess Jesus as a Lord (Romans 10:9-10).

We do not have to believe for diseases. Diseases come by themselves without an invitation. For healing we need faith. We confess healing. We say, “I am healed. By His stripes (bruises) I am healed.” This is how to practice faith. If we confess sickness, we will never get healed.

Faith comes by hearing (Rom 10:17). How they believe when they do not hear?  If someone preaches only sin, faith in healing will never come.  You have to use your own mouth to preach to yourself.

Jesus spent more time healing, than talking about sin.

We do not have to preach about suffering, we do not have to believe in it. It will come without faith. Satan gives to people suffering especially when they doubt and cancel their faith.

We confess faith. We say: I have favor in the eyes of men. Jesus, You overcame the world.  I am the head and not the tail. (Deuteronomy 28:13).

If someone says that Jesus never promised us life without the difficulties... then they come. We have information but that is not meant for confession.  We have to confess freedom from difficulties.

Man is a spirit he lives in a body and has a soul.

God is a Spirit and He created man in His own image.  Man is also primarily a spirit.

God is not a soul but a spirit. God always was positive because He always created positive. He always did things useful and positive. God is and always was positive. We see it in the creation of the world. When He created something He did not think about it or suggest it to Himself. Creation is a real substance. God said be light. And light was.

Saying with the mouth is not a thought in the soul. It will become a product of spiritual faith. What is in the heart is in the mouth. What someone has in his heart he will speak.

God was not negative until Adam messed up. The original nature of God was always positive. The sin brought negativity.

In the beginning God said: “Be light” The result came. God did not say: “Be light” and the darkness occurred. Darkness was there before He intended to say: Be light. God is light. God released light from Himself.  He never said in creation time anything negative.  He never said: “Be dark.” He said, “Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth.” He did not say:  “Decrease in number that earth will become empty.”

Jesus was also positive. He said: Be healed. He never said be sick, or be blind to glorify God.

He casted out demons. He never said: “Demons posses the man.” He was positive in His spirit, in His mouth, in His faith and in His actions.

Sometimes He showed us a negative side. Even a coin has two sides. It was teaching on purpose to avoid the negative. He really opposed religion. Religion is negative. Religion is a destructive force of faith. They did not know that religion is dangerous. This is why He stands firm against the religion. He teaches His students to see the difference between faith and religion. Today a new creation does not work on the principle of reformation of religion but on the principle of faith, which is always positive.

Until Jesus’ time religion was only a temporary tool. The Pharisees were in the eyes of people good and perfect. When the Lord brought the New Covenant He had to make a distinct landmark between religion and faith because the old had to die and make room for faith.

The Lord put light on this matter and made it clear for us. It is not necessary to see the Pharisees behind each corner and also made them from the people artificially. The Pharisees did not exist any more, perhaps only in our eyes.  He explained to us that there was danger in becoming one of them. The people can be hypocrites, however, but we sometimes make them in our eyes. If someone is hypocrite it is not my problem, but his.

We make people hypocrites. The brother did sin. Then they started to cover up the sin. They were forced to do it by brothers who cannot forgive them, who do not know grace, but only morals. The confession of sin brings freedom, but they received judgment. But we do not judge.

God's nature is positive and He brings freedom.

The spirit of a Christian born of God brings the fruit of the spirit. It is love, peace, faith, and goodness...(Galatians 5:22). Those are positive qualities.

Paul did not teach that fruit is the criticism, judgment, strife, disagreements and so on. Those are the works of the flesh and soul.

The soul is like the tree knowledge good and evil, when man attempts to be good by himself, who decides what is right and what is not. He decides which group has the truth and which does not have.

The fruit of the spirit leads to life and growth, the works of the flesh to death.

At a certain time I hated the religion I lived in. It was a negative religion. It was judgment, hate, criticism, and disunity. My spirit desired much better. I wanted results, positive results.

My grandma was a very positive person. Perhaps she sowed this principle in my spirit. She turned everything to good.

Today, I understand why we need revelations. Our testimony should be confirmed by results.

In the past we preached negatively as part of the scripture. We often preached sermons about the prodigal son who left. We did not focus on the returning son. We preach how bad he was. Also we preached more about the withered hand rather than the healed hand.

We preached the curse of the law instead of blessings. We preached weakness instead of power and strengths. We claimed that the work of faith already ceased in the first Church. Did God have a power failure?

Vladimir, you said: "...brothers who cannot forgive them, who do not know grace, but only morals..." I love this wording: "who do not know grace, but only morals." Of course, I have met people like this (haven't we all?), and at times, I am sure I have been one. But this wording shows the difference quite clearly between someone who is "doing it all right" and someone who is *living* right. Thank you.
